1. The nominated contest is open to persons of all ages. 

2. Contestants for All Categories may perform as a solo act, duets, bands or group.

3. Contestants must submit ~ Name of Act, Performers names Photo Video Submission, Category Entity (Tribute, Rock, Female etc)   

4. By accepting or submitting nomination your publication of my child and/or myself, whether by television, newsprint, written advertisements, or otherwise, of any materials contained in my name or picture for participation in any event for  ReneMarie Language of Love Foundation INC 

5. Contestants under the age of 18 must have Adult (Parents / Legal Guardians) consent.

6. The time limit for each Video Submission is no more than 6 minutes

7. 10 Artists per Category Max - First 10 who Accept and / or Apply. 

8. Opening of Nomination and acceptance September 4, 2022, 9 AM  

9. All nominations are due and accepted are no later than November 24, 2022, 9:00 AM

10. Nomination accepted by October 8, 2022 - will be Highlighted and Showcased on The 8tn Annual Language of Love Telethon - October 16, 2022, 11:00 AM-3:00 PM 

11. Opening of Voting will begin on December 4, 2022, 12:00 PM

12. Voting will close March 19, 2023, 9:00 PM

13. Winner’s Showcased t & Released on ReneMarie Stroke of Luck TV Show March 26, 2023, 9:00 AM Broadcast  

14. Each Vote is submitted by clicking on your chosen Category and Artist link ~ $1.00 Per Vote - Show how much you want them to win and help our cause too!

15. ReneMarie Language of Love Foundation INC reserves the discretion to and disqualify any contestant, should the contestant at any stage of the event supply untruthful, inaccurate, disrespectful or misleading personal details and/or information for the competition pursuant to these rules.

16. BY accepting or submitting an application into the contest, each contestant represents and acknowledges these rules and regulations. No contestant will be permitted to audition or participate unless he or she agrees and agrees to these rules and regulations.

17. Songs containing unacceptable language words will be disqualified and is not be permitted.

18. Everyone is permitted to participate in our 2022 Language of LOVE Award / Fundraising Competition show.  

19. The voting will be determined by the total number of votes that have been submitted, paid for and tallied on the wufoo Excel Spreadsheet. 

20. Each Category will determine a winner by the total Votes

21. The overall winner (from all Categories) with the most Votes of the 2022 Language of LOVE Award / Fundraising Competition will be announced.

22. Please note: As we are confident of our Voting Tracking - this competition is a positive environment with the ultimate purpose to bring Exposure and showcase to your Entertainment and bring awareness to our Cause- if something unexpected occurs, we are not responsible.

23. In the event there is a tie in the Category -We will open up the Voting for 48 additional hours! 

24. Professional Entertainment Panelist will be LIVE Streaming to help Showcase the Artist Talents.

26. Spotlighted at our 8th Annual 2022 Language of LOVE Telethon October 16, 2022, and ReneMarie Stroke of Luck TV Show 

27. Artist Details and Video showcased on ReneMarie Language of Love Foundation INC. website for 6 months.

29. Ongoing Gratitude for sharing your talents and becoming part of  ReneMarie Language of Love Foundation INC Family.   

30.  I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to have participated in the above-described Language of Love Awards Competition. I release the above organization from any legal liability and agree not to sue, file claim or prosecute; and to indemnify and hold harmless any professional services/vendors participating jointly with Language of Love Awards Competition and all its officers, agents and volunteers. As we are confident of our Voting Tracking - this competition is a positive environment with the ultimate purpose to bring Exposure and showcase to your Entertainment and bring awareness to our Cause- if something unexpected occurs, we are not responsible.
