We accept applications on an ongoing basis to bring HOPE through Love and Music. Our mission is to raise financial aid for individuals whose insurance coverage has ended—because money should never be a barrier to recovery.

The Story behind the "Ernesto Helping Hand"
The RenéMarie Language of Love Foundation Inc. Financial Assistance Program was founded in honor of Ernest "Ernesto" Testa. RenéMarie, a loving father whose belief and care for his family, especially his children, were unwavering. He always wished for his family to live healthy, vibrant, peaceful, and loving lives. I will never forget when the hospital bills began to pour in. I remember him saying, "Give them to me—the only thing I want you to worry about is recovering." These words are forever imprinted on my heart.
As I embarked on this journey, listening to my fellow stroke and aphasia family members who didn’t have the same blessing, his words continued to resonate deeply. I knew he was setting an example for me: money should never be the determining factor in recovery. Recovery should be about meeting the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of the individual—not their financial situation. Everyone, no matter their resources, deserves access to quality care and support. Recovery should be equitable, and each person should have the opportunity to heal and regain as much independence as possible.

All decisions regarding financial aid are final, and RenéMarie’s Language of Love Foundation Inc. reserves the right to amend, adjust, or discontinue any program at its discretion.
By applying for financial assistance, applicants acknowledge that the Foundation is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the aid or advocacy provided.
